Training & Placement
To Provide facility of training & placement to the students of our Polytechnic we have established Training & Placement cell. The cell has plans to achieve the following objectives.

1. To provide Industrial Training during summer vacation to second year students.
2. To provide placement facility to final year and passout student.

The training & Placement wing consist of enthusiastic teaching staff members to arrange for campus interviews and placement in reputed organizations, Students are sent for training in different organizations during their academic session. Career counseling to the students are done on regular basis. Career Guidance camps are also held.

Library
The Shankarrao Dhawad Polytechnic College,Nagpur Provides adequate library facilities to the staff and students. It is well provided with books on all the subjects and has at present more than 8,000 books. The institute aims at increasing its stock of books further. The library also subscribes to well known engineering journals & periodicals. Students are also demonstrated regarding reference books, Journals. Books bank scheme is run for meritorious, & backward class students. A well arranged Reading Room is provided to students for study. The Computerisation of Library is in Process.
